Provide overall management, direction, and administration of HVAC construction projects. Responsible for coordinating and supervising projects from inception to completion, monitoring efficiency, production, and budget requirements.

7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Some overtime, evenings, weekends and light travel as needed.
$75 – 100K

Review labor, material costs plans and specifications for work performance.
Coordinate and supervise the project team.
Assure that all production meets quality control standards.
Maintain professional and timely communication with the general contractor, office staff, subcontractors and vendors.
Closeout project in a timely manner, meeting close-out requirements.
3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
Must have excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills.
Comfortable supervising multifaceted projects at the same time and to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commercial HVAC and/or Mechanical experience required.
