Commercial Service Plumber will install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial or public buildings.

7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Some overtime, evenings, weekends and light travel as needed.
$18.00 – 28. 00 / hour

Able to reads blueprints and drawings.
Install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls.
Plumbers work with other trades and laborers to ensure that all specifications, legislation, and policies are met, and to ensure efficient completion of any project.
Providing adequate services will ensure that all water supply networks and waste and drainage systems are installed, repaired and maintained to meet all standards of building codes and safety.
Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience in Commercial plumbing service and repair.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good communications skills are required.
Must have experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing water heaters, toilets, sinks, faucets, various valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, etc.
Overtime may be necessary, must be willing to be on call, must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a clean driving record.
